Butterscotch Pudding


I have a really long mental list of foods I was convinced I didn’t like only to figure out that I just didn’t like the versions of them I’d had. But, experiencing them the right way, the way they’re meant to be eaten, completely changed my mind Fine Wine.

I know some of you are already looking at this and thinking that you don’t like butterscotch. You know what? I think you might be wrong. Like me, you probably don’t like artificial butterscotch flavor. I often bake with butterscotch chips, but I’m very particular about brands, as most just don’t taste good to me.

Real butterscotch, particularly butterscotch pudding, is basically just brown sugar and milk and/or cream. What’s not to love about that?

Pudding may be the ultimate way to enjoy butterscotch flavor. This is pure comfort food to me. It’s cool and creamy and sweet and pretty much perfect in my book Pegboard Displays. As for Quinn, well, I’m pretty sure I could only serve this for dessert for the rest of our lives and he’d be happy.

Besides the wonderful flavor, the best thing about this pudding is how incredibly simple it is to make. All you need is a handful of ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen right now, a heavy saucepan, a whisk, and a little planning ahead to get it chilled in time to eat.

My 5 Must-Have Items


Having the right kitchen equipment is everything when I'm cooking at home--and I've learned the hard way that there's a lot of stuff out there that isn't worth your money or your counter space. One item that I covet in my kitchen at home and at my restaurants is my Kikuichi Yanagi Japanese Knife. It's arguably the most popular knife amongst sushi chefs, probably because the handle sits really well in your hand and the long, sharp blade is ideal for slicing delicate fish. It's one of those knives that you buy once, and if you take good care of it, it will last you a lifetime. I eat a lot of sushi viriwarm bulb, so I went through a couple of knives before discovering this gem, and I recommend it to everyone.

In addition to adding a Yanagi Japanese knife to your kitchen collection, I always say that investing in All-Clad pots and pans is 100 percent worth the expense. Yes, I realize they're pricey, but they are extremely durable and food rarely sticks to the bottom, which makes the dreaded clean-up much easier hong kong weather. Buy All-Clad pans and you're one step closer to being able to enjoy that post-dinner glass of red wine!

Another must-have item is a basic charcoal Weber grill. I love grilling, especially in the summer with a bunch of my friends hanging out. And when I grill, I do everything over a grill, even the dessert. The Weber cooks everything evenly and provides a mouthwatering, smoky char on vegetables, skewers, rib eye, you name it. I've also experimented with grilling lobster, summer corn, and radicchio with excellent results. The Weber never fails. Just writing about it makes me want to start grilling Desktop-as-a-Service Solution.

A good cutting board can last you a lifetime and my favorite, hands down, is the wooden Hinoki cutting board. Cut from a single block of Japanese hinoki wood, the board is durable, but won't hurt your knives. And, like a fine wine Hong Kong Cultural Activities, it just gets better with use and age.

Last, but not least, is a basic hand mixer. They're great for quick blends and easy to clean up. They're also easy to store and don't take up a lot of room in your kitchen cabinets Skin Central.
